Breathwork & Sound Journey with Marivel and Hugo

Join us for a powerful evening of breathwork, sound healing, and deep nervous system reset.

This special session will be guided by Marivel, who will lead you through a breathwork practice designed to help you release tension, connect with your body, clear emotional heaviness, and open space for more clarity and peace.

After the breathwork portion, Hugo from House of Sound will guide you into a restorative sound journey using instruments such as singing bowls, gong, handpan, chimes, and grounding sound textures. You will be invited to lie down, soften your body, and allow the sound to support the integration of your breathwork experience.

This event is for anyone who feels called to slow down, breathe more fully, release what has been held inside, and return to a deeper connection with themselves.
